| Plastic Carts |

| At Rapid Shred we designed a confidential shredding cart that is now being manufactured right
here in West Michigan by Cascade Engineering and being sold throughout the
country by Rapid Shred’s affiliated company Rapid Distributing.
The 2-wheeled plastic carts come in three sizes. The most common at the 96-gallon and 64-gallon sizes, although
the 35-gallon size is very popular in smaller office settings, or at satellite centers within a larger office. |

| Wooden Consoles |

| In some office areas it is desirable to use our wood laminate console that looks more like a piece
of furniture than the more industrial-looking plastic carts. Our wooden consoles have a front slot and an interior nylon
bag to hold the contents. |

| Through various suppliers, Rapid Shred is able to obtain nearly any configuration of size and
